Jitsi Meet in Docker with external Jibri

Hi everyone

I have spent days trying to get Jibri to connect to a Docker version of Jitsi Meet(prosody, jicofo, etc), having endless issues with Prosody.

Jibri works well when I run Jitsi Meet on Ubuntu outside of Docker. I have a lot of customization built into my Jitsi Meet Docker deployment so would really like to get Jibri working with it. Hoping that someone has come across a guide somewhere that they could share(I am able to find very little useful information about Dockerised Jitsi and external Jibri)?

Turns out the main issue is the XMPP values in .env. You need to make sure they all match, which can be tricky.
