Jitsi meet fails with '[features/base/tracks] Failed to create local tracks"

Hi, we are facing an issue with Jitsi on Chrome and on Edge. It says ‘Unable to access camera’. However, the same system works fine with Zoom and other VC solutions. We also ran a webrtc test and did not find any permission or cookie issues. Here is the Javascript log. Any pointers to resolve this issue will be of great help.
