Jitsi Meet Docker - No audio/video with more than 2 people

Hello, I’m having some issuess with my docker deployment. In a meeting with 3 people I get these errors in the console:

Here is my .env. Note: I’m not using docker-compose I’m using HashiCorp Nomad, something like Kubernetes. Which is why I’m not using docker networking so no aliases in the .env)
