Jitsi Meet crashes with anyone join the room

I installed jitsi meet on a vserver, you can also open a room. But as soon as a second person enters the room, the room collapses. In the console in the browser you can find:

[conference.js] <_onConferenceFailed>: CONFERENCE FAILED: conference.videobridgeNotAvailable

Does anything have to be set here? Or how can I fix the error?

I tried:

sudo systemctl restart jitsi-videobridge

Failed to restart jitsi-videobridge.service: Unit jitsi-videobridge.service not found.

is the jitsi-videobridge.service not installed with jitsi meet? How can i install this service now?

Thank you

I’m using

systemctl start jitsi-videobridge2.service

I also get a CONFERENCE FAILED error but it’s a different one

CONFERENCE FAILED: conference.offerAnswerFailed DOMException: "Changing the number of m-sections is not allowed"

I have same thing,
i use debian 10.3
jitsi-meet-prosody 1.0.4025-1
jitsi-meet-web 1.0.4025-1
jitsi-meet-web-config 1.0.4025-1
jitsi-videobridge2 2.1-183-gdbddd169-1

android mobile app work everithing, but if i connect from PC, pc session drop with
CONFERENCE FAILED: conference.offerAnswerFailed DOMException: "Changing the number of m-sections is not allowed"
if i connect from PC to conference first, it`s work without issue but then everything connect second all PC sessions drop.

You might want to try a fresh install using the install instructions. It seems that your videobridge is not setup.

systemctl status jitsi-videobridge.service

To check if it’s there
