Hi everyone, I have installed Jitsi Meet on a Debian instance on Digital Ocean with 4 vCPUs and 8 GB of RAM. I was wondering if anyone would be able to share their experience and help me to help me get an understanding of what the capacity for this instance may be in terms of handling the number of simultaneous users for video conferencing?
That really depends on the number of streams, the available bandwidth to the machine. So the streams depend on the number and size of the conferences. Using Firefox with current versions can also exhaust available bandwidth really quickly … So there is no direct number to be pointed as an answer, sorry.
