[jitsi-dev] Yahoo messenger account connects only after a few minutes

#1

Hello. Starting today, my yahoo account connects only after a few
minutes after starting Jitsi. All others, Gmail, Facebook, SIP work. I
use version 1.1.4412.10296, but i downgraded until 1.1.4406.10287 and
its was the same.

Attached the log file. I just started Jitsi, set the Yahoo account to
"Available" (because for some reason it was set to "Offline" but the
connection throbbler was spinning).
After the yahoo account connected i stopped Jitsi.

It was working until today just fine (connected instantly onm startup).

There are errors in the log about a connection refused related to yahoo:

I found out that i cannot send messages via yahoo even if it appears to
be online.
I can receive messages though. But if i want to reply, i get an error
telling me that i need to be signed in to be able to send messages. The
account appears to be online, but if i look on the status list, the
spinner is running and the yahoo account status is on "offline" - the
status icon is colored though. Setting manually to "Available" changes
nothing.
I installed OpenJDK 7 but changed nothing.

I removed the .jitsi folder, recreated the yahoo account and i still get
the same issue with the same error messages in the log.
Any ideas how to fix this?
