maybe somebody can tell, why it is not possible to make an official test of the server jit.si, to get the grade ?

It IS possible, you just have to wait for xmpp.net to finish the test
of the all SRV records before it displays the results.
Why it is testing first the lower priority SRV record and after that
the other one which is live -- that I do not know. Why it is hiding
the results of this second test before it is completed and only shows
a "connection failed" message from the test of the lower prio address
-- that I do not know too.
It is a usability bug in the xmpp.net website IMHO.

The test of the xmpp.jit.si record shows A- results. We still have
some sslv3 vs tls issues to clear up and we'll get an A+. Still A- is
not a bad result at all.
