[jitsi-dev] [VOTE] Purvesh Sahoo for committer

#1

Hello all,

I would like to call a vote for granting commit rights (java.net Developer role) to Purvesh Sahoo.

Purvesh has started contributing in 2010 as part of the Google Summer of Code program and has stayed with us ever since. Here's a brief list of his contributions:

* Provided support for video and photo previews in chat window. Worked on improving the feature.
* Updated previous spell check contributions, fixed bugs and provided some important improvements, so that we could finally integrate the spell check functionality in Jitsi.
* Provided group chat improvements and fixes, including the /me command and tab key automatic nickname insert.

So therefore, according to the procedure described in "Becoming a Jitsi
Committer" : http://www.jitsi.org/index.php/Documentation/CommitAccess

I am calling this vote on granting him the java.net Developer role.
[ ] +1 Accept Purvesh as a committer.
[ ] 0 Does not matter to me.
[ ] -1 Reject Purvesh as a committer.

Note: Votes from non-developers (non-binding votes) are encouraged since
they show the general opinion of the Jitsi community.

Cheers,
Yana
