[jitsi-dev] Video is inconsistent in Windows 8

We are testing out using Jitsi and every member of our 5 person IT team is experiencing the same issue as was posted here back in February: http://lists.jitsi.org/pipermail/dev/2013-February/005268.html

OS: Windows 8 x64
Jitsi: 2.2 and 2.3-4889 (both x86 and x64 builds)
Backend: Openfire 3.8.2 on Windows Server 2012

This happens sporadically: we do a video share and neither of us can see each others video. The video screen is just a black background. We cant even see our own local video. However, if I go into Video settings, our cameras appear to be working fine (I can see myself). Going full screen does not fix the issue.

Is this a known issue on Windows 8? Can I provide more information such as logs?

Do you also have the issue with the latest nightlies?
