Hi,
We're running a custom XMPP server.
In order to do away with the 'Can't verify the identity..' dialog, we
purchased an SSL certificate for server.com from Godaddy .
However, when I start Jitsi, I still see the same 'cannot verify the
identity' message. When I view the certificate info, its correctly showing
that the cert. was issued by Godaddy . But, its still apparently not
trusted.
Does Jitsi show that for all SSL certs, or am I doing something wrong?
Currently the cert is just for the domain server.com . Do I need to have it
for the subdomain _xmpp-client.server.com ?
Would appreciate any help, thanks.
Nevermind, I had to combine the intermediate certificate with the server
certificate to get a cert that's now being recognized.
