[jitsi-dev] Trying to install Jitsi meet

#1

Hello,

I'm a noob trying to install jitsi meet and link it to Xyrsis.

I started with doing these instructions in a ubuntu 14.04 docker container
https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet/blob/master/doc/quick-install.md

but I got this:

*root@9791e6c5e701:/# apt-get -y install jitsi-meet*

*Reading package lists... Done*

*Building dependency tree *

*Reading state information... Done*

*E: Unable to locate package jitsi-meet*

I was wondering if I'm doing something wrong. Also anyone know if there is
a dockerized version of the install out there.

Thanks,

···

Hi Iman,

Make sure our Debian repository has correctly been added to your installation (the instructions are in the quick-install.md file).

Best,
George
