Is the 'lib/installer-exclude/irc-api-1.0-sources.jar' file being used for anything besides as an archive? If not, I think we should move it to the 'libsrc' repository, for the sake of consistency.

Hi Boris,
Only for IRC protocol implementation and only as a lib being loaded, so yeah, could be moved to libsrc I guess. Originally it wasn't OSGi enabled, but that is fixed now.
