[jitsi-dev] Technical Question about TelexFree

#1

Hey -- I'm a Dev/Hacker and am curious about this company named TelexFree
which claims to "practically invent" VOIP.

It looks like they just wrote a front-end for JITSI. I started some RE on
the binary to pull out open source tools like bzip and a graphics program,
but I've never run their application.

Does anyone have technical information what they did/their technical
implementation.

They were just implicated in a 1B dollar fraud ponzi/pyramid scheme, and
I'm doing some forensics to figure out how they were able to pull it off.

Yes their client was indeed based on Jitsi. To my knowledge there haven't been any modifications on it, other than the branding itself.
