I tried to perform multiple streaming, meaning to share screen and video
camera in the same time, but I noticed that either you stream video or
screen sharing, and not both in the same time. I know that Jitsi can
perform video conferencing, so I was wondering why this limitation. Please
advice.
Also, what is the bandwidth necessary for a screen sharing session, and
what quality video is and at what frame rate?

It was really just simpler to implement this way. Besides, encoding two
streams simultaneously would probably be too heavy for many users anyway.
As for framerate, with desktop sharing I believe we do 5fps. Bitrate
depends a lot on resolution.
