[jitsi-dev] Simple presence feature

#1

Hi, could anyone can provide some information which class in Jitsi is
responsible for providing presence status of listed contacts? I should ask
before if this feature is whatever implemented in Jitsi ?

Best regards,

Are you asking about libjitsi, or main jitsi source code?

In jitsi source code, I believe this
class: net.java.sip.communicator.service.protocol.AbstractOperationSetPersistentPresence
and it's child classes provide the presence status.

In this page: http://aosabook.org/en/jitsi.html in the section 'Protocol
Provider Service', there is some description about the classes in that
package which should be useful for understanding the code.
