[jitsi-dev] Setting up netbeans

#1

Hi,

I am trying to setup my netbeans 7.0 with a jitsi project by following:

http://www.jitsi.org/index.php/Documentation/ConfigureNetbeansNew

But the files referenced:

./ide/nbproject/project.xml and ide-targets.xml)

Do not exist in the checked out code.. am I missing something stupid here?

Thanks,

/A

The checked out source tree should include the following (among the
many others, of course):

nbproject/
ide/
    nbproject/
        ide-file-targets.xml
        ide-targets.xml
        project.xml

In order to setup Jitsi for development with NetBeans, you should copy
*.xml from ide/nbproject/ into nbproject/ i.e. note that the
directories ide/nbproject/ and nbproject/ are different and that
NetBeans is to work with nbproject/, not ide/nbproject/. If you don't
have the above file system hierarchy, you may want to make sure that
your checkout has finished successfully.
