[jitsi-dev] Seeking help with an attempted Nginx, Apache and Plesk setup

#1

Hi

I've finally managed to compile both jvb and jicofo and get them both
running.
I've also finally set up a cloud server instance and configure prosody, but
have had no luck in getting nginx to fetch a placeholder index.html when i
type out a URL in the browser.
Any pointers on how to resolve meet's nginx configs with apache and plesk
settings much appreciated .

I can also share ssh and plesk login details and will be happy to pay a fee
if there's a half-chance that one of the stalwart jitsi coders is willing
to look this up.

Thanks for any advise on how this can be done.

warm regards

Hi,

Normally debian packages takes care for this, here are the templates
that are used by the packaging, they are for nginx and apache:
