[jitsi-dev] Redirect to 'use a supported browser' page?

#1

Hi all,

Had one of our team here have some 'fun' with a client in a meeting,
where the client was trying to use Edge to connect to our JitsiMeet
instance. After a while fighting it, they ended up installing Firefox.

Before I go creating an issue, is there anything existing for
redirecting someone going to the main page, or following a link
directly into a meeting to get a message/warning about an unsupported
browser or browser settings?

Cheers,
Ian

Hi Ian,

We *just* landed some rework for unsupported browsers yesterday  It will be part of the next rollout to meet.jit.si <http://meet.jit.si/>, which should happen soon.

Cheers,
