I tried build 3428 on both Windows XP and 7 and I'm afraid I couldn't
reproduce the problem (i.e. the installs finished successfully and
Jutsi seemed to operate normally). Could you please give steps to
reproduce the issue? For example, mention whether you're performing a
full install by manually downloading the setup .exe or an update
triggered from inside Jitsi, which is the last successful step the
setup has managed to complete (e.g. which is the last setup wizard
page on which you click the Next button) just before the crash, etc.
