It is an informative article and they selected Jitsi as the
representative Open Source client for the tests:
"At Ars, we use Polycom IP phones, which sound great. For the sake of
this article, we also tested OnSIP using an open-source, Java-based SIP
client called Jitsi, with nightly builds for Mac, Linux, and Windows PCs."
