[jitsi-dev] RawPacket payload/packet types 228 and 239

I'm pulling the the payload/packet type out of my RawPacket instances and
I've come across two types that I cannot identify originating from Chome 57
on Linux. These two types are not identified in my received offer SDP nor
can I locate them in any RFC's thus far; if anyone knows what they consist
of, I'd be grateful to hear about it.

For additional info, type 239 arrives on the AudioMediaStreamImpl using
opus with a packet type of 111 and type 228 arrives on my
VideoMediaStreamImpl using H264 packet mode 1 with a packet type of 100. I
am using rtcp-mux as well; so could these be some sort of RTCP packets for
the audio and video in question?

The payload type field of RTP packets consists of only the lower 7 bits of the byte that contains it. See
https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3550#section-5.1

These are likely packets with PT=111 and PT=100 with the M bit set (although it beats me why an opus packet will have the M bit).

Thanks Boris for that info; I just got schooled in another chat about the m
bit; seems like that's exactly what it was.
