[jitsi-dev] "No resource for Google talk or jingle" error when making a voice call

A user is getting the error "No resource for Google talk or jingle" when he
attempts to make a voice call. I haven't been able to find much info. on
this error via googling. Can anyone offer some help on what this error
means / how to fix it?

Google dropped XMPP/jingle support already long time ago and switch to
proprietary "Hangout", so most probably audio/video calls (with jingle
protocol) via Jitsi will not work anymore using Google accounts. Just
try jit.si or any other XMPP account instead.
