[jitsi-dev] netbeans project.xml missing classpath entries

It looks like the Netbeans project.xml file is out of date. To view
the code without errors, I (locally) added these dependencies:

src classpath: lib/installer-exclude/libjitsi.jar
test classpath: lib/installer-exclude/libjitsi.jar and
sc-bundles/protocol-sip.jar

The .jar files in sc-bundles/ are the products of the build so it doesn't seem right to reference them at edit/compile-time. The file lib/installer-exclude/jain-sdp.jar was necessary instead.
