[jitsi-dev] Missing Via: reported by proxy server

#1

Greeting,

We're able to register Jitsi SIP phones with our registrar/proxy server,
but when we tried to do an Invite from one of the registered Jitsi SIP
phone, the destination proxy reported that it could locate the SIP header
field "Via:".

Is this a known problem? Can someone add the Via: field into the SIP invite
header? To be sure that we configured the Jitsi phone corectly, we will
need your verification that we didn't leave out any important config
parameters. The configuration screenshots are attached with this email.

You might want to download our registrar/proxy server at the below web site
location and run it to recreate the missing Via problem that we saw.

Thanks.

Hey there,

Have you checked if the Via header is actually missing in the messages
that Jitsi send? I find that quite odd. You can check that in the
Jitsi logs or you can send them to this list. Here's how to find them:

Dr. Ivov,

We will check the Jitsi logs, if not there we will recreate the error and
see if we can save the phone's invite request and look for the Via:

Thanks
