[jitsi-dev] meet.jit.si Updated Firefox Support?

#1

Great work on such a simple-to-use implementation in meet.jit.si!!!

I'm running Firefox Nightly 30.0a1 on Ubuntu 13.10.

The WebRTC app from the Demo at https://apprtc.appspot.com/?r=05404055 works great in Firefox now, but on meet.jit.si, I still get the redirect to the Chrome-only page.

Can this redirection be removed so we can test with Firefox Nightly?

I'm able to use meet.jit.si in Chrome on both Ubuntu and Android, but I'd prefer to uninstall Chromium and use Firefox only. ( On both platforms actually

Because it does not work in Firefox due to firefox not implementation multiple video streams running over the same connection.

No. You can still deploy your own though and remove it there.

Ask firefox to remove the WONTFIX flag and reopen https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=977864
or fix
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=784517
on a shorter timeframe than described there.
