[jitsi-dev] [meet] Call SIP number option not offered for PC without video

Hi,

I just found out that the "Call SIP Number" button (jigasi) is not presented on PCs without video camera.
Why is this related?
Is there any settings which I need to change to allow this or is this a bug?
