[jitsi-dev] Lost data

#1

I'm streaming local media on a server to the server's IP and rtpstat
reports bytes sent for audio and video:
http://pastebin.com/h8dTTd2y

The issue I'm having is that when I try to tcpdump the data I get nothing;
these are the commands that I've tried:

tcpdump -w stream.pcap udp port 5000
tcpdump -w stream.pcap src 192.168.1.2 and udp port 5000
tcpdump -w stream.pcap dst 192.168.1.2 and udp port 5000

I've also tried to consume the stream with avconv, nothing is written;
using this command:

avconv -i "udp://192.168.1.2:5000?fifo_size=100000&buffer_size=10000000"
-acodec copy -vcodec copy -f mkv ~/Videos/stream.mkv

Any help would be great!
Paul

I didn't try lo, but I did try eth0 where the IP noted in the log is bound.
