[jitsi-dev] JVM hang when starting second Jitsi instance (on Windows)

So the thing is we don't know which change caused this exaclty (could
have been something from Hristo or Damencho ) so we need to investigate.

Well I'm not certain, but I'm pretty sure that it started with the
introduction of the CalendarService.

Does it break anything other than the multiple instance case?

AFAIK no, but the problem is: if the regular instance is running, and you
start another from the dev-env, you don't even notice the regular one has
crashed until you try to open it.

Hristo can you try checking this out at the end of next week?
