Is there a way to join an already set jitsimeet conference from a jitsi client ?
If so, how ?
If not, where can i find more documentation about interfacing a webrtc gateway and jitisivideobrige in order to join the jitsimeet conference ?

You can do this with audio only through the Jigasi gateway.
Unfortunately this is not currently possible for video. It is something we will support at some point but can't give you any sort of ETA right now.
