#1

Jitsi VideoBride
Hello Developers
I installed Jitis Using the guide (https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet/blob/master/INSTALL.md ).
But when i finished, I loaded the page online and it shows the window of my video, but when i send the link to someone to join, i get the message "Videobridge is currently unavailable, please try again later as shown in the" after the person joined. The screenshot of the message is attached. I also see the box of the person who joined, but without his video feed. He dosen't here me as well. However, when I send a text chat messagae, the person see my message and I also see the person's messages
Has anyone experienced this before?
I had a centiOS server and thought that was the issue, so went to pay for another Debain, but still same issue
Please kindly help me go through this path. I am in dire need to get pass this stage
The domain I installed the solution is : 360meetings.org
Pasted below is the Code for my config file incase thats where something is not done correctly
var config = { hosts: { domain: '360meetings.org', //anonymousdomain: 'guest.example.com', muc: 'conference.360meetings.org', // FIXME: use XEP-0030 bridge: 'jitsi-videobridge.360meetings.org', // FIXME: use XEP-0030 //call_control: 'callcontrol.jitsi-meet.example.com' },// getroomnode: function (path) { return 'someprefixpossiblybasedonpath'; },// useStunTurn: true, // use XEP-0215 to fetch STUN and TURN server// useIPv6: true, // ipv6 support. use at your own risk useNicks: false, bosh: '//360meetings.org/http-bind', // FIXME: use xep-0156 for that clientNode: 'http://jitsi.org/jitsimeet', // The name of client node advertised in XEP-0115 'c' stanza //defaultSipNumber: '', // Default SIP number desktopSharing: 'false', // Desktop sharing method. Is the jitsi-videobridge running, do you see its process with `ps ax`? Or
`ps -u jvb`. You can try to restart it with `/etc/init.d/jitsi-videobridge
restart` and see what is in the logfile /var/log/jitsi/jvb.log. Check if
this logfile is owned by jvb:jvb.
