[jitsi-dev] [jitsi-videobridge] two parse errors when expiring channels (#20)

I ran into some errors recently when expiring channels with build 231.

1) http://hancke.name/tmp/jvb-parseerror
I fixed that by adding endpoints which seem to be required here. I don't think that makes sense since the bridge already knows the endpoint.

2) http://hancke.name/tmp/jvb-exception2
Not sure what causes the exception here.
