[jitsi-dev] [jitsi] Use OSGI'fied libjitsi and fmj@102+package=bundle (49ee4c5)

@lyubomir They both don't use a proper OSGi implementation, right? I'm therefore not quite sure how it will deal with the FMJ fragmet. Basically a fragment (FMJ) shares the classloader of the host (libjitsi). But I'm assuming the whole custom "OSGi" implementation doesn't use classloaders anyway, so this probably isn't a problem.
