I noticed a probleme in my users jitsi. Some employees lose the entire
configuration and they can't make or receive calls.
Where is problem is? And do you have a solution to solve it ?
The configuration service of Jitsi has a bug that we couldn't locate so far. You can try using the database-based configuration by creating an empty file named %appdata%\jitsi\.usedatabaseconfig and see if that helps. For company deployments, I'd suggest to use the provisioning service anyway. If the configuration is lost/corrupted/modified by the user, it will be replaced at the next startup of Jitsi.
