[jitsi-dev] Jitsi One Call

#1

Hi,

Our users are facing an issue whereby if they are currently on a call it is possible for another call to ring their Jitsi client.

This can be *really* distracting if you are on a long call and the other caller is very persistent as the Jitsi incoming call alerts pops up in the middle of the screen and we have purposely set the ringer volume loud so it can be heard ringing which is also annoying.

Can we configure Jitsi to only accept one call and reject other incoming calls if the user is already on the phone?

Thanks

Damian

Hey Damian,

starting build 4522, you can enable the property:
net.java.sip.communicator.impl.protocol.CallWaitingDisabled=true
by adding it to the configuration file or provisioning it.

Cheers
