[jitsi-dev] Jitsi-meet URL validation string format

Hi all,

I noticed some Jitsi-Meet users are confused when they enter invalid room name.
Some of them try to create rooms such as:
- my_room
- hello, how are you?
Of course it doesn't work and a 404 not found error occurs.

Do you plan to add validation string format into the formular ?
I know it doesn't solve the issue when a user will try to create directly the room into the address bar, but it could be
useful nonetheless.

Regards,
Franck

Yes, we should verify room name format at least at the welcome page.
Here's a ticket for that:

Thank You Pawel!
