The SsrcRewriter doesn't rewrite SSRCs. It takes into account payload types, RTX SSRCs and future FEC SSRCs. Getting inspired by the ORTC standard, these things can be grouped in an "RTPEncoding".
Similarly, SsrcGroupRewriter is an extremely poor name for that class. What this class does is rewriting RTP encodings that belong to the same media stream track. So, why not name this class MediaStreamTrack.
