Hi,
I have to create jitsi installer.I have follow all the steps given. But
i can'nt understand the meaning of instruction:

-copy mingw-make.exe to make.exe (folder C:\MinGW\x86{-}\bin)

now when I execute ant build-installation-wix in cygwin terminal..it is
giving following error:

Makefile:40: *** target pattern contains no `%'. Stop.

BUILD FAILED
D:\javaprojects\jitsi\resources\install\build.xml:302: The following
error occurred while executing this line:
D:\javaprojects\jitsi\resources\install\build.xml:403: exec returned: 2

I don't know who gave you that instruction but we're using Cygwin's make.exe i.e. we just launch Cygwin's setup.exe, it automatically chooses to install the base mandatory packages and we choose to install the make package as well.

Likely a path specified either by an environment variable or on the command line is using the backslash character i.e. \ instead of the slash character i.e. /
