[jitsi-dev] Jitsi doesn't subscribe to xcap-diff

Looks like if two jitsi users subscribe to each others presence and one of
those users changes their pictures then the other user doesn't see that the
picture is updated. Here is what I discussed on the OpenSIPS mailing list.
