[jitsi-dev] [jitsi-commits] master: Allow the configuration service to start without a FileAccessService, as it is not always available (e.g. not in videobridge) (2d240eb)

Hey

I don't mind this change, but I'm curious:
- Does the VideoBridge reference bundles from Jitsi?
- LibJitsi's ConfigurationServiceImpl obtains the FileAccessService as well,
so where's the difference?

Yes, the jars in lib/ are bundles from Jitsi.

Well, obtains it (or tries to), but doesn't reference it unless it's
non-null. Unless I'm missing something.
