[jitsi-dev] JIRA issues

#1

Hey

(This is only intended for active developers:)

Just a quick note on the workflow of JIRA: An issue in the "Resolved" state
means its awaiting confirmation to close from the original reporter. So
unless we explicitly want to wait for someone to confirm, I suggest to close
(instead of resolving) issues directly.

As you probably noted, I made quite some housekeeping in JIRA. If everyone
could just take some minutes to look at least at his own issues, I'm sure we
can close a dozen more of them so we can concentrate on the real issues
sleeping. I know it's a boring task and everyone is trying hard to make 2.0
production ready - so maybe do this if you need a break from real thinking

Ingo
