[jitsi-dev] Jigasi debian/ubuntu package missing for 16.04?

#1

Hi all,

I just tried to install jitsimeet with Jigasi using the quick install
instructions on a 16.04 ubuntu server.

Jitsimeet installs and works fine but it seems your repo doesn't have
packages for jigasi for 16.04.

Is my understanding correct or is there another repo I should be using
besides

deb https://download.jitsi.org stable/

apt-get -y install jigasi
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package jigasi

Cheers,
Peter

Currently jigasi is only in unstable:
deb https://download.jitsi.org unstable/

It is now installed and jigasi registers on the SIP server OK, but when
trying to place an outbound call, it seems nothing happens (no messages in
jigasi or jvb logs).

I see this error in Chrome when attempting to place a call.

Thoughts? Should I start a new thread for this?

This is fixed in latest jitsi-meet and lib-jitsi-meet that are in
unstable. Will update stable these days with the fixes.
