Hello!

We are looking for someone who masters perfectly Jitsi do to help us
function properly. This is customize and operate voice and video between
universities through a long-range wireless network.

We were able to install the software. Instant messaging works fine, but the
voice and video are of poor quality.

We are ready to pay the fee for a stay of one week in Kinshasa, Democratic
Republic of Congo.

Long range wireless networks are notorious for packet loss, latency, and
potentially packet reordering problems. What clients are you using for
voice and video? Both of these mediums are extremely sensitive to the
above factors.
