Either simply abort it and retry, or use the commandline git client to clone the repository.

Please note that this is not something we control.

Hi Fassil,

I think I've seen this too once or twice, weirdly enough also with 6%
(but using the git CLI). I don't know what causes this problem, but
simply retrying solved it for me. I've also only had this with the
initial clone of a repository, git pull never showed this problem.

Regards,
Philipp

Have you checked if your internet connection is working properly? (low
signal strength, high latency, interference etc. might cause problems)

Try cloning from the command line and see if that works. It may be a bug in
the Eclipse Git plugin.

Jitsi 2.4.4997 on Debian

btw, the chatroom was apparently created unsuccessfully (with empty
spaces in the chatroom name), in case it is related.

Jitsi 2.4.4997 on Debian

The chatroom set up successfully. Tried to send invitations repeatedly
via menu (chosing from budy list and adding them among invitees) but no
invitations received on their end.

Are you sure you have the JDK installed? Maybe the build program is unable
to find javac
