[jitsi-dev] ICQ contact list problem

#1

Dear Dev-Team of Jitsi,

I think I have found some bug, that is not already listed on the bug tracker:

When I add my ICQ account and try to click on a contact, then Jitsi freezes for nearly 20 secounds. Also some contacts that are definitly online are shown as offline. Google Talk contacts work fine.

I attended the log files...

I think a problem could be the following exception (log.0, line 230). It could also be a problem with an empty group.

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 0, Size: 0
     at java.util.LinkedList.checkElementIndex(Unknown Source)

     at net.java.sip.communicator.impl.gui.main.contactlist.TreeContactList.mousePressed(TreeContactList.java:1561)
     at ....

or these Errors (log.0, line 159 and following):
18:32:23.934 Schwerwiegend: [42] util.call.ContactPhoneUtil.getContactAdditionalPhones().108 Error obtaining server stored contact info

I hope these informations are helpful, if you need anything else I will try my best

Best greetings,

Robert
