[jitsi-dev] ICE failure?

Hi,

In a private network (that employs VPN), people are unable to see or hear
each-other. I believe that I have narrowed down the problem to an
ICE-related issue, as shown by the logs below. Now I'm wondering what
exactly makes this fail (and obviously, how I can prevent it from failing).
