#1

Hi All,

Anybody have an idea; How to implement *XEP-0142: Workgroup Queues
: *protocol extension that enables a user to communicate with a
representative of an organization, department, or workgroup.

The MUC part is there, but everything else would need to be implemented.
Starting a chat session would need to distinguish betwen a regular one and a workgroup joining request. This could maybe be done based on the server's reply. After that some new UI would need to indicate the wait-state until an agent accepts.
The agent UI would need to handle the incoming server requests, the ability to join and leave queue, etc.

I can't give you exact pointers, the question is a bit too broad...
