[jitsi-dev] how to enable p2p in jitsi?

#1

Hi,

I’m using the latest version of jitsi. 1.0.1967

This is the config which I have in the jitsi-meet for p2p:

    p2pStunServers: [
        { urls: "stun:stun1.l.google.com:19302" },
        { urls: "stun:stun2.l.google.com:19302" },
        { urls: "stun:stun3.l.google.com:19302" },
        { urls: "stun:stun4.l.google.com:19302" },
    ],
    enableP2P: true, // flag to control P2P connections
// getroomnode: function (path) { return 'someprefixpossiblybasedonpath'; },
// useStunTurn: true, // use XEP-0215 to fetch STUN and TURN server

and the config from jitsi-videobridge - sip-communicator.properties

org.ice4j.ice.harvest.STUN_MAPPING_HARVESTER_ADDRESSES=stun1.l.google.com:19302,stun2.l.google.com:19302,stun3.l.google.com:19302,stun4.l.google.com:19302 <http://stun4.l.google.com:19302/>

But I’m still not getting p2p ?
Any ideas ? What am I missing ?

Thanks !

David

How are you testing? Opening two tabs in the same browser and it is not working?
Is it working for you on meet.jit.si?
