[jitsi-dev] How do the plugins use the properites files?

#1

Hello,

I'm trying to work out how to make a LazyConfigurationForm title like
I have seen in plugins such as Global Proxy where they use a string
such as "plugin.globalproxy.GLOBAL_PROXY_CONFIG" which translates to
Global Proxy.

I can't work out how it does this and how I can do it with my Plugin
also I would like to use a properties file to save settings to but
can't find how to set one up?

Is there any documentation or am I missing something obvious?

Best Regards
Simon

Hey Simon,

Hello,

I'm trying to work out how to make a LazyConfigurationForm title like
I have seen in plugins such as Global Proxy where they use a string
such as "plugin.globalproxy.GLOBAL_PROXY_CONFIG" which translates to
Global Proxy.

These are the resource strings that live in resources/lanugages and that
we manage via http://translate.jitsi.org

I can't work out how it does this and how I can do it with my Plugin
also I would like to use a properties file to save settings to but
can't find how to set one up?

You save configuration properties via the configuration service:
