Hi,

thanks for the great desktop client!

I was just wondering how you are handling the RTP marker bit
for an incoming H264 video stream ?

if you receive an RTP/H264 stream with all marker bits
set to 0, will you still display the video stream ?

I don't know for sure, but it looks like we use a field from the H264 FU header, and don't rely on the M bit:
https://github.com/jitsi/libjitsi/blob/master/src/org/jitsi/impl/neomedia/codec/video/h264/DePacketizer.java#L210
