[jitsi-dev] get rid of json.org java dependency

I've filled this issue already as JITSI-993 without knowing your procedures.
Please reopen this issue if you want to solve it.

The json.org java library is non-free according to Debian and maybe also other
distros. As long as jitsi depends on json.org it can not enter the Debian
archive.

While Crockford is a bullhead regarding his stupid license, he still maintains
